Eligibility and acceptance

Haven is designed for adults. Under-18s may use it only with a parent or guardian's permission, and the minimum age is 13 with no exceptions. If you are 18 or older, you may create an account. If you are between 13 and 17, you may use Haven only with a parent or guardian’s permission: you must give your year of birth at signup, and we contact your parent or guardian to obtain their consent. Where the account holder is under 18, the parent or guardian accepts these Terms on their behalf and must be able to enter a binding agreement. Accounts for anyone under 13 are refused, and there is no parental-permission route below that age. Creating an account records the current Terms and Privacy Policy versions and acceptance time. Keep your credentials secure and provide accurate account information.

What Haven provides

Haven offers AI-generated reflection with a selection of guide styles. A guide is a selectable communication approach, not a person, therapist, doctor, lawyer, or emergency service. Outputs may be inaccurate and must not be treated as diagnosis, medical advice, or professional advice.

Emergencies and wellbeing

Do not use Haven for emergencies. If you may harm yourself or someone else, or are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or a crisis service. Haven cannot contact emergency services for you and does not monitor you in the real world.

Your content

You retain rights in content you submit and authorize Haven and its processors to handle it only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the features you enable. Do not submit content you lack the right to use.

Together conversations

Together is a conversation between two people who each hold a paid plan. What you send to the shared thread is disclosed to the other participant as you send it and cannot be unsent. Messages you send privately to the guide inside that conversation are not disclosed to them. Closing or leaving a conversation is recorded in the shared thread. You choose who you invite and are responsible for that choice: once another person can read what you wrote, Haven cannot control what they do with it, including copying, capturing, or repeating it. A Together conversation is not couples therapy, is not conducted by a licensed professional, carries no legal confidentiality or privilege, and is limited to participants aged 18 or over.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, evade limits, interfere with safety controls, upload unlawful or malicious material, exploit another person, or use outputs to cause harm. Accounts may be restricted or terminated for material abuse. Do not use a Together conversation to pressure, monitor, or coerce another person.

Plans, trials, and renewal

Plan prices, currency, interval, trial eligibility, and the first automatic charge date are shown before checkout. Trials are limited to one per account. Unless canceled before the disclosed renewal date, subscriptions renew automatically at the displayed recurring price plus applicable tax. Coupons apply only as disclosed and do not create a recurring free plan unless explicitly stated. Access to Together depends on the plan tier: a paid plan is required to join a conversation, a higher tier is required to open one, and on the entry paid tier the ability to open one is limited to a stated window, after which conversations that account opened stop accepting new messages until the account is upgraded.

Cancellation, resumption, and refunds

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current subscription period only after the billing provider confirms it. Access continues until then. A pending cancellation may be resumed on the same active subscription. A new subscription is created only after the prior one has ended. Refund rights depend on the checkout terms and applicable law; contact support about a specific charge.

Usage and availability

Weekly weighted-token allowances are enforced by the server. Cached input may count at a reduced weight; output and reasoning count fully. Limits do not promise a particular conversation length or provider context window. Features may change, be interrupted, or be unavailable, and no uninterrupted or error-free service is promised.

Account deletion and termination

You may request deletion in Settings. Haven will not report deletion complete while a billed subscription remains unconfirmed. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, fraud, legal requirements, or security risk while preserving rights required by law.

Disclaimers and liability

Haven is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. AI output is not guaranteed accurate, suitable, or safe for every circumstance. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing terms and changes

The law and courts that apply depend on the operator’s legal location and mandatory consumer law where you live. Updated terms will show a new version and effective date; material changes may require renewed acceptance.
